DEVELOPMENT OVERVIEW
Starting a clothing line is challenging, especially for first-time founders.
Through working with many emerging brands, we’ ve seen that great ideas often stall due to fragmented suppliers and a lack of technical support across the development process.
To solve this, we created a development program that brings product development, sourcing, and production expertise together in one place, helping brands move from concept to production with clarity and confidence.
Below is an overview of how the process works.
FABRIC SOURCING
Sustainability is built into our fabric sourcing process.
By working with eco-focused fabric suppliers and maintaining direct access to major sourcing markets, we support brands in selecting responsible materials without compromising cost or quality.
SIZE GRADING
Consistent fit across sizes depends on precise pattern grading.Using key body measurements, our technical team ensures your patterns remain accurate from sampling to mass production.
SAMPLE MAKING
We take care of pattern making and sample development so you can focus on your design.
Using modern pattern-making tools, we refine fit and details, then hand-cut and sew each sample to help you see, feel, and test the garment before production.
PROFESSIONAL QC
To keep your project on schedule, our team monitors each production stage to reduce errors and delays.
We carry out quality checks before cutting, throughout sewing and printing, and again before shipment, so you receive exactly what was approved.
GLOBAL SHIPPING
We offer multiple shipping options to fit different timelines and budgets, including sea freight, air freight, and express delivery.
Based on shipment weight and destination, we help select the most cost-effective option. For urgent deliveries, express services such as DHL typically arrive within 3-5 days.
