Screen Print

Screen printing is a versatile apparel decoration technique that applies designs onto fabric using a mesh screen and stencil.

For each design, artwork is separated and prepared on screens so ink can pass through specific open areas onto the garment. Ink is pushed through those open areas to transfer the design onto the fabric surface.Screen printing is known for bold, saturated color, strong opacity, and clean graphic impact. It can work very well for multi-color graphics, especially when the artwork is planned clearly for production. It also delivers long-lasting results that hold up well through repeated washing and everyday wear, making it a reliable choice for durable custom apparel.

Colors

For smaller orders, we usually recommend keeping the design to 1–2 colors.
The more colors a design uses, the higher the setup and printing cost will be.
For example, if a T-shirt graphic includes red, yellow, and blue, it requires three separate screens—one for each color. Each additional color adds more screen setup and alignment work during production, so screen printing is usually most cost-effective when the color count stays low.

Process

The screen printing workflow typically includes:
Design Preparation → Film Output → Screen Preparation → Printing → Drying and Curing
