Using modern pattern-making tools, we refine fit and garment details before sampling.
Each sample is then hand-cut and sewn, so you can review, wear-test, and approve the garment before production.
Quality Control at Every Stage
To keep your project on schedule, our team monitors every stage of production to reduce errors and delays.We carry out quality checks before cutting, throughout sewing and printing, and again before shipment, so you receive what was approved.
Global Shipping
We offer multiple shipping options to fit different timelines and budgets, including sea freight, air freight, and express delivery.
Based on shipment weight and destination, we help clients choose the most cost-effective option.For urgent deliveries, express services such as DHL typically arrive within 3–5 days.

How long does the sample development process take?
Sample development typically takes 5–7 days after confirming the design, fabric, and customization details.
More complex garments may require slightly longer development time.
Can I request changes after receiving the first sample?
Yes, revisions can be made after reviewing the first sample.
We will adjust the pattern, measurements, or details based on your feedback before moving to bulk production.
What fabrics can be used for product development?
We can source a wide range of fabrics including cotton, heavyweight cotton, fleece, French terry, and performance fabrics.
Our team can also recommend fabrics based on your product concept.
How many sample revisions are allowed?
Sample revisions depend on the development requirements.
Most projects go through 1–2 revisions before final approval for bulk production.
What happens after the sample is approved?
Once the sample is approved, we will begin bulk production planning, including material preparation and production scheduling.
