Ready-Made (Non-Custom) Products
For standard, non-custom finished products, we accept returns under the following conditions:
· Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt
· Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging
· Items must not be damaged or altered in any way
How to Request a Return
Contact our Customer Service team by submitting a ticket on our website, stating:
· The item(s) you wish to return
· The reason for return
*We will respond within 24 business hours.After receiving return instructions, please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products (Non-Returnable)
Due to the nature of custom apparel manufacturing, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
· Custom-made garments
· Products with custom sizing, fabrics, colors, prints, embroidery, labels, or packaging
· Sample orders
· Bulk production orders based on approved samples
These items are produced exclusively according to your confirmed specifications and cannot be resold or reused.However, if there is a quality issue or production error on our side that does not match the approved sample or confirmed specifications, please contact us immediately. We will review the case and provide a reasonable solution.
Return Conditions (For Eligible Items Only)
· Returned items must be unused and in original condition
· Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
· We do not accept Freight To Collect (FTC) returns
Note: Original shipping fees, insurance, and customs charges are non-refundable.
Return Address
· Please do not send returns to the shipping address shown on your package.
· If you wish to return eligible items, submit a ticket in your account and our customer service team will provide the correct return address within 24 business hours.
· Returns sent without authorization or to the wrong address may delay or void the refund process.
Important Note for Custom Orders
· Before production begins, all custom orders go through a multi-step confirmation process, including fabric, size, workmanship, and sample approval.
· Once production is approved and started, the order is considered final.
· This process exists to protect both parties and ensure that what you receive matches exactly what was confirmed.
